Located in Green Valley, Arizona, CP1 is a homeowners’ association for active adults and retirees age 55 and better. CP1 is made up of 256 residences and a club house with pool. Residents pay GVR (Green Valley Recreation) fees which give them access to GVR’s network of facilities.
