Casa Paloma I (CP1)
Located in Green Valley, Arizona, CP1 is a homeowners’ association for active adults and retirees age 55 and better. CP1 is made up of 256 residences and a club house with pool. Residents of CP1 enjoy a lifestyle that includes a myriad of events and activities within their communities as well as all of Green Valley Recreation’s clubhouses. There are numerous classes and clubs offered through GVR that will keep the social calendar of homeowners full all year round. Some of the established interest groups are computer club, arts and crafts association, and Green Bay Packers club, while social recreations that promote a healthy lifestyle include, but are not limited to, dancing, hiking, and swimming.
GVR membership gives residents complete access to 15 club houses that feature world-class amenities. There are fully equipped exercises rooms with aerobics and dance studios that residents can use to stay in shape. Arts and crafts and photography studio are also available for those who want to explore their creative side. Other amenities include hobby rooms, 13 heated swimming pools, and sports facilities like basketball, tennis, sand volleyball, racquetball, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts. There are numerous classes and clubs offered through GVR that will keep the social calendar of homeowners full all year round.
