Casa Paloma 1 Homeowner’s, Inc.
P.O. Box 411
Green Valley, Arizona 85622
Since the COVID-19 Pandemic, all functions in Casa Paloma 1 have been cancelled. We as an HOA, are of the older generation, 55 and above, and are the most susceptible to the Corona Virus. We will continue to follow the President’s instructions not to congregate more than six (6) people at a time. The Casa Paloma 1 Board meetings have been cancelled until 8 September 2020. There will be no Potlucks or Ladies Teas until at least September 2020.
I as the President of Casa Paloma 1 HOA, have served on the Board for 4 years, 2 as the President. My health has not been that good as of late. Therefore I have submitted my letter of Resignation to the Board Members effective 13 May 2020. That will leave a position on the Board for another HOA member to step up and volunteer for a position. If we do not get a volunteer or volunteers to step up for these positions on the Board, this HOA might need to get a Management Company to help run our HOA. This would undoubtedly cause our dues to go up. So please volunteer for this great HOA. You could contact any of the Board Members and let them know you would be interested. The Board Members are: David Messick email@example.com 520-747-3226, Ray U’Ren firstname.lastname@example.org 850-221-1261, Sheila Austin email@example.com 360-865-7374, and Jim Ford firstname.lastname@example.org 219-763-1090.
Please take care of yourselves and if you can check on your neighbors, by phone, and ask them if they need help.
